4. Firebase and Third-Party Services

Our application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications such as order updates, account notifications, and other permitted communications.

Firebase may process limited technical information such as device tokens required to deliver notifications securely.

We do not intentionally share personal or sensitive information with Firebase beyond what is required to provide the relevant functionality.

SellShopee may also use third-party services for order delivery, payment processing, calling and IVR services, SMS communication, WhatsApp communication, email communication, hosting, and technology infrastructure.

These third-party services may process limited information necessary to provide their services.

5. Permissions Used

Our application may request access to:

• Phone number: for OTP verification, login, account communication, and customer support
• Photos/Camera: if you choose to upload a profile photo or other permitted image
• Notifications: to receive order, account, service, and other permitted updates

You may deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Some features may not function properly if the required permission is disabled.

Where you separately provide consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, email, or other communications, such consent is independent of your mobile device permissions and may be withdrawn by contacting SellShopee Support.
